Originally from California, Jim and Caroline moved to Southern Utah in 1999 to be closer the family.

Jim has been in the real-estate business working as a Realtor with ERA Brokers and as an Certified Residential Appraiser with the Washington County Assessors Office (in addition to owning/operating Allen Appraisal Service). Extensive training and exposure to the diverse market of Southern Utah has provided a unique perspective and insight to the appraisal and real-estate field.  Jim is an expert in computer repair, maintenance, and network administration.  He utilizes the latest in technology to ensure accurate and quick turn-around without sacrificing quality.

Caroline has a degree in economics and has been Jim's real-estate assistant for many years and is currently an appraiser trainee studying for her licensed appraiser status.  Her skills in marketing and database management have been invaluable to the business.
